Hounslow Children's
Services are taking forward a bold plan to create inter-agency Early
Intervention teams across the Borough.
The Sinead
Brophy
Consulting assignment was to support the Children's
Services
leadership team to build
the consensus needed for
planned changes.
The
assignment culminated in Early Intervention
Team experiential
workshops using live case
studies to define and create the new
service pathways.
Once complete
this workshop was repeated and
expanded across an inter-agency basis to help promote and drive the
change across partner agencies.
